Hi,
I am working in a big financial company in NY. My company agrees to sponsor green card for me. But my company lawyer said that I need to take non-RIR process, they cannot go with RIR. Is it because it is safer to go with non-RIR process for big company?
And I have a master degree, but my position probably requires only bachelor degree. In order to use EB2, do I have to make the degree requirement in Job description Master? Is there any other way around?
Thanks a lot .
