Non-rir Lc Ad

SESA has asked my lawyers/company to start the recruting process.

The lawyers have placed a SINGLE ad in "computer world" and the regular posting in the company lunch room + the job is posted on the sesa web site for 30 days.

Is this enough recruting effort, or is more needed. Can the DOL reject the application based on these low number of ads placed.

Are there any guidelines to the mimimum number of ads that need to be placed or the amount of recruting effort the company needs to go thro to satisfy the LC requirements.

Thanks

hi msdms,

what is the SESA website? Is it different for each state?
My priority date in the Non Rir has come last month but nothing yet receicved from sesa. How long it took for u to hear from Sesa to place the ads after u'r priority date has come?

I'm not sure about SESA web site, but SESA would include it in their data banks and match them with unemployed programmers with similar resumes. If match is close, SESA would further send the resume(s) to the company and ask them to interview the candidate and/or rightfully disqualify him.
