My applicaion was filed as NON-RIR in Illinois. Finally it has moved to Federal DOL after 2 and half years in state.
However, Illinois Federal Department of Labor is stuck on July 2002 for past 11 months doing NON-RIR Labor processing.
I heard that this is because of some Amnesty program....
I was wondering how many Amnesty Application were filed in Illinois and How long do we need to wait before they start processing other months?
