Help me please......... I filed my NON-RIR EB2 labor on 06/1998 with sesa TEXAS. Got to DOL TX on 04/2001... now i am waiting for the approval.
Can anybody tell me how long it will take get my LC approval?.
My h1-B six year period completes by sep-2002.... is there a chance
for me to get approval before that ?
