I have a simple question. If a person works for a non-profit organization, but this organization is not connected with institution of higher education, is that kind of application excempt from some of the fees/numerical limits if he applies for H1B throough that company ? Does the fact that a person wants to apply for H1b through a public company which is an institution of secondary education give any exemptions?
