NON - INDIAN passport holders .

Folks,

I am foiling for my EAD / AP / 485 and 140 concurrently . I would like to know about any special attention , documentation and Certificates that we need to produce to the BCIS for NON - INDIAN passport holders .

I have an Indian Passport and my wife’s has a Malaysian Passport . I would like to know id there are any special consideration in terms of

1. Additional documentation / Certificates
2. Fee structures

Hi,

There are no special documentation required, except the usual passport / driver license copy and proof that the person stayed in U.S with an valid VISA. My husband holds a New Zealand passport. My attorney didn't ask for any other documents.

My Lawyers did not ask me anything either . I just gave them my wife's passport and that is it . I did not given them any kind of Drivers License and things .
