im DV 2015 winner and i want to go in NY as a tourist can i apply for B1/B2 non-immgration visa ?

If you have enough ties to your country (good job, house, assets) you should have no problem to receive a tourist visa.

i have my own buissnes also i'm student i havnt my own house but my parants have
