I'm not sure what you are looking, but just I would share the information I know.

Daweoo DVD player available in Costco and Sam's club play both NTSC and PAL DVDs on both NTSC and PAL Televisions and input can be either 110v or 220v.

Samsung Camcorders can be recorded in both NTSC and PAL mode.

Sony LCD monitor comes with AC adapter with input 110v - 220v .

Cordless phones - Everyweek you can good offers in Bestbuy, Circuitcity, ABC ware house, Officemax,..... Just you to buy adapter with 220v input in home country or some 110-220v stores here.
