non-concurrent I-140 processing times..?

while everyone is talking about concurrent cases,is there anyone out there who can tell me how long its taking (after the new rules for concurrent ones came out) to process their non concurrent I-140's? It used to be 1-2 months earlier this year..wondering if I should adopt Consular processing eventually what with the fluctuations of 485 process every year..the problem is because the labor approvals has been delayed all over right now
