We are in the WAC030495xxxx series for I 485. I did not file concurrently for
I 485 becos my marriage was in Aug 2002. Now, I see a lot of my colleagues who filed AFTER me (wac03056 for example) have gotten approved.
Is the INS only touching concurrent cases? Not fair!!
If so, based on current trends, when do NON CONCURRENT filers in the WAC03049 series expect an RFE?
I know no one can predict the future
, but looking at the extent of detailed analysis of trends that is done by the folks here, I want to know what to expect and when!
I am doing this becos I am looking to change careers after the approval. Currently, I am assuming that it wd be RFEd by Jan 2005 and approved by LATEST March 2005 (yes, 2005) as a pessimistic view.
Is that way off or in line with current trends?
RD - 11/30/2002
ND - 12/1/2002
FP - 2/6/2003
EAD - 5/7/2003
EAD 2 - 5/7/2004
Thanks and may God give us the strength to bear the (in)efficiencies of the INS !
