We don't have any family in India anymore so I was using yourmaninindia.com to request the NABC but they sent an email saying that they have to check for that district since some districts do not issue NABCs. If that is the case, what should I do for his birth certificate?
We will include his matriculation certificates and also 2 affidavits from older cousins but what to do about NABC?
