Non-Availability Certificate from Bombay?

Hi Guys,
Does anyone know how to get Non-Availability Certificate from Bombay muncipal Corp? We tried getting it from Muncipal corportaion. They are saying they have no idea about the non-availability certificate. But they suggested us to apply for a new birth certificate with correct date, which I did and they will respond to it with in 2 weeks.
PS:I already have a BC but with different date!! So I can not use that one.

srini74680, could you please give me the complete address of the Bombay municipal corp., including the name of the correct department that deals with birth certificates and non-availability certificates? i need this urgently.

Just for your info.....
there r 2 ways of doin this..

1.After you get your Non-Avail cert.,u still need to get Affidavit from parents or from brothers/sisters also.

2.jes get an affidavit from parents and if possible brothers/sisters/uncles

thank you for your reply. the affidavits are no problem, but i am still in the birth cert./non-avail. cert. stage. could you, or someone else, please let me know the address of the mumbai municipal corp. in bombay? and the name of the correct dept.?
