Non 485 Issue - Need Information

Sorry for posting the question here. But this thread is very active and I might get some answers.

My parents shall be visiting US next month. I wanted to get information for their Health Insurance. Is it preferred to buy it in India or buy it here. There is a major cost difference, but I have heard stories of people buying it from India and then they don't get re-imbursed. Can anyone suggest good Healt Insurance companies too.
