Hi all,
One of my friend got a first DUI arrest and the DUI charges are Nolle Prosequied by the court. But he got a restricted liscence for not given the breathalizer test and reckles driving charge fine.
My questions is ...........Does the Nolle Prosequi of DUI by court will not sent this to criminal records>?
Does it impacts on H1 B visa ?
Deoe really the traffice offences like implied consent law, reckles driving will effect on getting H1B papers & visas?
He have already checked his background record but this was not there and its happend 2years ago. Can he rely on that background check information and can go for a new job so that believing that the employer donot see this ?
