Has anybody tried to talk or to send documents (Reason statement) to Fulbright in the US? If yes, where did you send? Or who did you talk to? Was it positive?
There is no a Fulbright commission in Russia (only office that helps with administrative questions). Therefore, I think that the Dept of State will ask Fulbright in the US for a sponsor view rather than Fulbright commission in Russia. I am not sure who responds to such inquiry. Do you know who?
