Noid Please help me. PLEASE!!

hi all,

I got the call from my attoney yesterday morning. I goy NOID.
The reason is I have worked from 04/2001 until 03/2005. I had no authorization to work. so I passed more than 180 days of unauthorized employment.
I applied first i485 in 03/2003. I got denied. so I reapplied at 07/2006 on EB3 case.

At first I thought this is wrong I have not work in my sponcer at this days because I was student.

But I found it was my mistake to write down on second i485 on " biographical information" in employment.

I know this is my fault.

But are there any chance to prove I have not work for my sponcer at these day?

Please help me.

any information or experience will be welcome.

If you worked for less than 180 days after your last lawfull admission then you will be covered under section 245(K) and your 485 should be approved but if your unauthorized empl. is more than 180 days after your lawfull entry into US before filing your 485 then you are in trouble. Check with your attorney about 245(K).

Provide more details on your case so that people in this forum can give me more options.

I got NOID that states I worked from 2001 until 2005 during that time I do not have ead because I applied i485 at 03/2003.
At first time I am very upset because I was student. I do not know what to do.
so I searched this website whole morning, then I found something about biographic information when we applied I485. Maybe I write someting wrong.
then I call my attoney check it he said he found I did write im employement section I was employment in my sponcer which is not.
When I filled that out I thought this mention the relationship with my sponcer not working.

I was not supposed to fill the employment section. I had to leave a blank.
My attoney did not fix it either.

then after 3 rfe I got NOID.

is it help?
