NOID on I140

Recently I got Notice of Intent to Deny for my I140 application. BCIS has requested company financial documents and my tax returns.

Has any one got similar kind of notice? What are the chances approval in this case?

i140wait2002, Did INS ask you for company fiancials before or after they issued a notice of intent to deny?
can u also post some details of company like no. of employees, year started, any GC approvals etc.

Mine is a software company in business since last 5 years and now with around 50+ employees. BCIS requested company financial documents when they issues NOID. We have previous I140 and GC approvals so I dont know why they asked financial document again.

What are the chances of approval after receiving NOID?
 
if your company financials are sufficient to pay you the salary as indicated in your labor application, then you will have no problem.
