NOF on Labor

I filed for labor in July 2001, NY. 3 months back the company I filed thru was acquired by a bigger company. This week the attorney from the old company has recd a NOF.

The NOF states the foll :

1. Request for RIR denied
2. Employers address in ads and ETA 750B does not match that shown in 750 A 6
3. Job requires BS Computer Science, alien does not posses required degree. ( I have a Bachelors in Commerce with 17 yrs experience in the software industry)

I have 15 months left on my h1. What are my chances ?

looks like i am in the same boat. i am from dol dallas center. mine is eb2 rir case, my case was sent to dol dallas in aug'02 than got NOF in apr'03 ,even though there were no layoff in my company. lawyer replied back to dol in april after putting 4 ads in austin newspaper, got denied yesterday, AVM message says rir denied on aug 28th. my lawyer has not yet received the reasons for denial, but i think there may be 1 problem after seeing ur case. my employer 1st address is different in the 1st advertisment & after the nof we placed 2nd advertisemnt in which the adress of my employer is different. i think this may be my reason also for denial because last year my employer changed his office address so may be that might have created the problem. but my lawyer is going to challenge this problem with dol dallas once we gets the reasons for denials. let me know what is ur thought.
