NOF issued by Dallas DOL

Hi all,

DALLAS DOL has issued me a NOF for my labor certification case.

Can someone please give me some ideas on how to fight this action by the DOL ???

Overall what are the chances of a labor approval once a NOF is issued ???

Hi Folks,
I am in California, applied for GC in May 2001. Rept. date at Fed Labor office was 12/17/01. Just heared the automatic status " the case has been remanded to State office"

Can anyone help me outhere????

It dependes on what the NOF is asking for, in most cases they get approved if the question can be answered
