NOF - Intent to Deny after 5 Years - HELP!!!

Guys,

I need your help.

After 5 years of wait, I got letter from labor department, "NOF - Intent to Deny". I got one objection:

1- My stupid lawyer changed the experience from 4 years to 1 year to match the salary in 2004 (pd Nov-2002); now they are saying that ad and updated application don't match (experience year).

I have few days left to reply; no clue how to reply.

What if labor gets denied, my h1b is expiring on dEcember 15, 2006. and my extension is depended on my traditional application. will the deinal of my application also void the 7th year extension??????

Can anyone help me please?

Haider bhai, ask ur lawyer to file rebuttal, should work out,
dont worry, as long as lawyer gives some valid reason and may be change the exp back to 4 yrs, u should be fine...

me too

i got similar situation. got NOF in october after 4years of waiting. they even didn't attached right finding pages. so i even don't know what are their findings.

how is your rebuttal going since Jan? got any feedback?
