Has anybody exprienced these kind of situations?
1. Got NOF from SWA/DOL saying that LC requirements are restrictive.
2. DOL issued a NOF asking employer to reconsider rejected US canditates during recruitment. Has DOL ever said that the reason for rejection is not justifyable, by comparing the resume of beneficiary and US worker? (RIR cases)
