NOF at ATL DOL

Hi, my LC was submitted in June'02, then in Oct, NOF was received & then my company replied in End of Oct. Does anybody knows, in this case what are the chances of getting approval..?
when can I expect to hear from them?

It all depends upon the reason for NOF. If there was a minor issue like missing papers, usually DOL process them quiclky and chances are very high of getting approval.
 
Well, it depends on the company's condition and number, type and time of layoffs. This is not the kind of question that can be ACCURATELY answered in this type of forum.
 
Well, Jim, thx for the response..what I want to know is:
My application was submitted in June'02, then in oct'02 NOF was issued, & response was submitted to DOL on 30th Oct in Atalanta processing center. Now any idea, when can I expect to hear from them for the decision..& what are the chances, with this kind of NOF..assuming company's condition is very stable...but no hiring is taking place now.
I mean, now will this application be processed with Oct application or it will go in June applications?
