I want to invite my in-laws to US. Thier interview is scheduled at chennai on 22nd July. Following are some weak points to establish thier intentions of coming back to India.
- Could not obtain NOC as FIL is about to retire in August. He is currently working as Branch Manager, Central Bank.
- Only daugher and no sons
- Don't have own house, decent enough money in bank and couple of two wheelers
- Served in Millitary in the past for 8 years (Don't know if it is a weak point)
- MIL is a House wife
I have suggested him to take Salary slips, family photographs (with brothers, sisters and our family), TAX forms, CA certificate and Bank statements.
I know our case is going to be weak, but want to hear your suggestions. We have GC. My wife is pregnant (but I hear lot of people rejected if pregnency is shown as a reason for visa). What is the best approach for us?
