Received NOA today with application number – NBC*000xxxxxx

1 – everyone's N-400 application receipt number start with NBC?
2 – NOA states – 'upon receipt of all required Record Checked, you will be scheduled to appear for an interview at your local USCIS field office' - is it standard for everyone for a simple N-400 case?
3 – online status check reads as follows – is this language normal? all N-400 go to NATIONAL BENEFITS CENTER location?

Current Status: Case received and pending.

It never changes.

I don't know why USCIS does not update online or phone line status for N400.
It seems they have maintained good updating practice for I140 and I485
(at least in the past)

thx. any other different opinion from experts abt next step? online status date updated - but no change in the language.
