My NOA states that
------------------------
Our records indicate your personal information as follows

DOB
Current Address

Please verify your personal information as above and notify our offices if there are any changes.
Upon receipt of all required Record Checks, you will be scheduled for an interview

My question is
1. Is this how NOA looks like generally or should I consider this as RFE?
2. My DOB and Address are correct. Should I send anything?

Thanks

Its your NOA which is your receipt that uscis send out to all applicants when your application was received, this contains your receipt number that can be used to inquire about your case when you call customer service or where you can track your case status online at www.USCIS.COM with the receipt number provided, it usually starts with 3 letters follow by an * and 9 numbers example: (NBC*XXXxxxxxx) and since your info is correct you dont need to send anything. Also a RFE (request for evidence) is usaually seen when you track your case status online at USCIS.GOV, when ever uscis mail you something your online staus will say a RFE was sent.
Please use your signature so that we can see and track your application process.

Thanks.
Also want to share after call to USCIS: When USCIS sends FP Notice online staus will say a RFE was sent.
