I have already received NOA Receipt notice for I-765 & I-130,
Why haven't I received NOA receipt notice for I-485 which was filed the same time. Check has been cashed.
are the I485's processed seperatly at different DO?
Since we received the NOA for I-765 filed with I485 is that a good indication that the I-485 will be processed and given a ND?
We are worried a bit, although we sent in everything.
I am USC filing for Japanese Wife who entered USA as a visitor is currently Out of Status, we also have a 1 year old daughter.
Our case seems to be "in the bag" according to attorneys, but we are worried why we haven't received NOA for I485, also have yet to receive Bio Appt. notice??
