No Visa Stamp and AP Question ?

Hi Guys:

I Don’t have a H1B Visa stamped on my passport, I came as B1 and then changed to H1B:

1) I have filed for my GC and got my Advance Parole can I go out of US and come back on AP?
2) What Papers Should I take along with me in this case?
3) OR should I first go and get my H1B stamped?

Traveling on AP is ok - that's what for you applied and CIS issues AP for travel purpose.
AP will NOT be a problem if you have maintained your status in a proper way .
In POE , if they ask -Be prepared to show that you stayed in a proper visa during your stay in US.
