No Update in I-140/I485 status

I-140/I-485 applied in Dec. 2003 (TSC)
We did FP last week in Pittsburgh. But still there is no update in status.
 
Hi, I am just curious. Where are you? Why did you file in TSC but did the finger print in Pittsburgh, PA?
 
Same thing

I gave FP at Charlotte NC on Nov 3rd. But still the online status doesn't show that the FP has been received. I am going to wait until next week before I inquire with FBI.

GC filed company is in Texas. As a consultant we work where ever we get job.
 
I did FP on September 15th. When I called FBI no, I was told that they had returned the FP results the same day. Still the online status has not changed. I have read in many other posting that it is not uncommon for the status to not change until approval.
 
My FP Story..

Well. This is very strange...

Let share my FP story ...it may shade a light to the FP practices...If am i am not mistaken ...we were scheduled to be fingerprinted on Wed, Dec 24th.. When we showed up there at 8am in the local ASC (with 2 small kids at freezing weather , there was a note on the door that ASC is closed on the 24th due to the federal holiday...Just imagine our frustration prior to X-mas eve...I panicked a little...I called INS ...they told me that there was a miscommunication between INS and ASC and the FP request was sent before J.W. Bush declared 24th as a federal holiday.. Guess that INS did not bather to tell poor applicants from applicants that 24th is no longer open for business. In any way, INS told me that we should wait for a new FP notice...When i called my lawyer.. he suggested to go to the same center the next business day (26th) and get FP done.. which we did...it is a happy end..

The status text changed in the early January saying that the FP results received on Jan 6th...So my 2 cents advice...check with local ASC if they are open for your date of scheduled appointment. .especially, it is near holidays...
