No status update after FP since dec’04? Please post the contact number to call NSC

We completed our finger prints (not bio metrics) in the month
of Dec'04 and there is no change in status or LUD after that on our I-485 applications.

I have been trying to reach Nebraska Service center customer service at 1-800-375-5283 but there is no option to talk to a customer service agent or immigration officer. I am really worried and if any one knows the number to talk to customer service agent/immigration officer at Nebraska service center, could you please post the number.
