Today i have called VSC customer support , he was very nice and while requesting to provide more details about the reasons as why my I485 petition is still pending , he explained me that as my RFE response was received on April 4th i can able to requested the reasons for delay only after 60 days i.e june 2005 . but good thing is that he mentioned that their is no status on my name check and the reasons could be either pending at FBI or not have updated ....
does "no status" on name check means my name check pending at FBI ? did any one have their approvals with "no status" on name check ?
i have requested FBI to provide me the status of my namecheck .. seeing the post in this forum, i may expect it in another 3 to 4 months but i need my GC ASAP ....
please post your details who are in similar status ?
