No scr # - how to follow-up with TSC

Hello Gurus:

due to my company policy the src details are not provided to the employees. The company attorney keeps them confidential. How can I track my I-485 progress/status. Or call TSC relating to my case. Any ideas suggestion experice will be very helpful.

Only they have provided me the filing & receipt date & will not provide any more info???
 
Are you currently working using your EAD?

If so, tell your company that you plan to go to your home country on vacation. Also tell them that you'll need AP and a copy of I-485 receipt to enter back. (They don't ask for I-485 receipt at the PoE. But it's always good to have it in hand).

Once you get them in hand ... say you changed your mind, decided to forgo your vacation and work extra hard to make the company more profitable!! You might get a raise and a promotion ;)

If you're working using H1B ... I'm out of ideas.

If you have the I-140 approval notice, you could see your A# (the number just after u'r name). This A# is enough to follow up with INS. IIO could see all the applications filed for this A#. You can say that u lost your receipt notice and do not have SRC number. EAD card also has the A#.
