The RFE generated on my case is very clear..., the gist is...
"you moved......, provide a letter to confirm that you are still employed with the sponsoring employer or new employer...."
For me, I did not move or change job, working with the same Fortune 500 company from the day 1 but still I got RFE. I cannot think of any reason for issuing me a RFE. I was just one of the unlucky person to be in their random list of sending RFEs.
My friend changed his address in three states, took his FP in two states and got I-485 approved from NSC in 20 months (ND: 06/02) without RFE. On top of it he works for a employer who has sponsored less than 25 GCs to date.
There goes all your theories. Better luck with the next one.
May be it is time to start a tracker for something like "Got RFE with Last Name starting with A and birth day ending with 1"
