No response from USCIS after 3rd EAD Application

I applied for myself and my wife for our 3rd EAD card.
The acknowledgement I got from USPS says that CIS received it on Wednesday, 09/08/04. (It's only six working days though)

Till date I haven't received any acknowledgment from them (even the checks are not yet debited from the bank accounts)

Has anybody faced this before, and how should I wait before calling the CIS?
