Company filed the Perm on 1 july 2005. They(INS) called the company after 1st week and the company representative confirm of filing the application. We were waiting to hear back from them. We sent a letter after 3 months. they replied back saying that company did not certify the application. Our attorney also sent a letter, in that letter they mentioned that the application was not filed within the timeframe of 180 days. None of the contents of both letter were true. Attorney sent a letter with all the proof as well the letter from company of certify the application. It has been 6 months and we have not hear back from them yet. What should we do at this point?
