Just called the Fbi. Letter is being sent out from my FOIPA no record. Last piece of paper i am waiting on before filing my 1447b. YES!

Just remember...
that a FOIPA "no record" does not really mean a whole lot from the USCIS' procedural point of view. Why? Because the USCIS' FBI BI involves a name check that goes against secondary files. FOIP's name check only goes against admin/primary files. I remember reading this on here sometime back. Just do a search on FOIPA...
At any rate, it should bolster your case.
