my brother (USC) filed i-130 CP for our parents checks were cashed 12/4/08. no receipts yet. cant decipher the # on the back of the check. Sent to chicago via fedex. any one in a similar situation. any advice

If you do not hear from then in 30 days from the day they received, call them.
