No receipt.. wrong message on AVM ..??

Hi, last month I had posted a msg detailing the rejection of my wife\'s I485 derivative application (told by IIO that there was a missing signature). Since the IIO gave us her LIN and A # (and since we also received her EAD and AP), my lawyer spoke with another IIO yesterday. They tracked her application and realised that the AVM for her her LIN # is wrong and that the application has been accepted.

However we haven\'t received her I485 receipt.. Should I write or call NSC to send one or just wait this one out ?

I would say talk to an IIO yourself

I wouldn\'t rely too much on what the attorney says. Call INS yourself, speak to an IIO and simply inquire the status of your wife\'s case. Don\'t give too much detail of what you already know about the case, that is, a missing signature, wrong avm messages still the approval, etc
