Hello Gurus,
A Change of Status(COS) from H4 to H1 was filed on September 25th for a friend of mine.
But, according to his employer, the lawyer has not received a receit number yet.
How could he confirm that his COS from H4 to H1 was REALLY filed?
Any suggestions or comments in this regard would be helpful.
