I got an RFE for me and my wife for the I-485 petition on May 3'rd. The lawyer responsed on June 16'th. The case status has not been updated online and we did not recieve any receipt notice. Now 90 days have passed. I called USCIS and they say that I have to wait 60 days before an inquiry can be filed.
I fear that the response got lost somewhere and the case might be abandoned.
I have the FedEx tracking number that says that the package was delivered.
My question is:
Is it normal to get no receipt notice for 45 days or more?
What are my options to make sure that the case is not abandoned.
