i got RFE on my EB1OR in November; and attorney replied in December 2nd week. so far we did not get responce about its receipt. rfe is on all points of EB1OR and attorney informed me that the officer might not studied our case in detail and that could be the reason for RFE. it is not a PP case.
when i contacted my attorney recently; he informed me that he talked to USCIS and came to know that the RFE has been reached them and they did not update the data base. anybody in similar situation.

RFE replied: december 2006
