No Processing of RIR Cases from DOL

Can You Imagine the processing of Non-RIR cases is faster(Processing time is 5/2002) than RIR Cases (Processing time is 1/2002) in CA.

Do you guys think there is some reason for the same?
Is DOL even looking into RIR cases?

The reason of slow RIR process is they have more RIR cases forwarded to them by SESA compared to Non RIR...

Also they are working on cases according to job catagory / DOT code.. for example we have seen Non IT cases got approved in few weeks & getting processed up to Nov 2002 while IT cases 15-1031 & 1032 cases taking long time..

I DONT BELEIVE YOU
The Reason I am saying that is they have processed non-RIR Backlog of 1 Year 5 months in just 1 Month . In feb the processing time for non-RIR was 12/2001, and of RIR was 1/2002
and today RIR is stationed there relaxing :o at 1/2002 not even having moved 1 month. There seems some catch..........

THEN DON'T BELIEVE...

Here are some facts but you can still dont believe it..

Number of cases pending at Region VI DOL:
RIR: 12,000 to 14,000 Non RIR: 2,000 to 4,000

RD for the last Certified case reported on the thread
"Traking DOL list for California due to 245I Part 4 ( 1 2 3 4 ... Last page )" is Nov 2002..

Non RIR jumped from 12/01 to 05/02 ..its 5 months not 1 year 5 month

GREAT INFO....THANKS BRO I NEVER HAD THOSE FACTS

I BELEIVE YOU NOW. SORRY ABOUT THE DATES. I GOT A BIT CARRIED AWAY. IF THATS THE FACT THEN I GUESS  I WILL JUST RELAX AND NOT WORRY ABOUT GC
