No Priority Date on I-140( sub Labor)

I have no priority date on my I-140 receipt. I don't know whether any query in INS system selects or not for review..... :eek:

RD:04/28(140/485/765/131)
ND:05/10(140/485/765/131)
FP:06/18(cleared on 06/29 from FBI, sent back to INS)
EAD & AP AD:07/07
EB2, NSC...
140 AD: this century
485 AD: may be in this century
 
Do not worry about it. There was no PD on my I-140 and I-485 receipts. From my understanding from reading this forum, the PD will be on the I-140 approve notice. Hope this will help.
 
My question is " How INS will recognize our applications to put it in queue?" They prepare queue / selection creteria to select the case for review& approval. I don't know what kind of selection creteria they use.
