NO photo ID that is acceptable to the ACS!

Can anyone help me with this issue:

I dont have a passport, drivers license, military photo ID, or a state issued photo ID. NO drivers license or state issued ID sicne they require SSN

only have a college photo ID

Even I cannot stop myself to ask you: How you don't have a passport?, my advice will be: go to your embassy or consulate so they can issue a passport for you. If that not possible, then asked the Costumer Service if a College ID is accepted.

I think state issued ID also require a passport. So, no passport, no IDs.

College ID

Your best way is to get your PP that is the only way , also how is possible to have an College ID when you don't have either of the ID's PP/DL/SSN ?
