No Pending Cases With Vsc?

There are still lot of cases pending from ND: 10/99 - 12/99. I am 11/99, and I know several people on this bulletin that have 10/99 and 11/99\'s.
I think VSC is trying to catch up with other SC\'s but are skipping a lot of cases. It looks good on the reports that they are working on 4/00 and 5/00 cases, while tons get embedded into debris.
