No pay-stub for 1 month, and GC process

Hi,
I would appreciate if I could get an answer to the following query:

Does it matter if a person, whose GC is being applied for,
does not have a pay-stub for 1 month period during her/his
entire stay in US when on H1B; H1B has been valid during all
the times; the reason for missing pay stub is changing for new
job when the project at client site got over, and employer did
not pay on bench but managed a job after 1 month; the
employer did not cancel H1B.
The GC is now being applied by the new employer.

Does a missing pay-stub for 1 month (valid H1) pose any risks
in Labor/GC getting denied ??

Thanks for your time.

Nop. BCIS may ask for latest pay stubs OR W-2 while processing I-140, But you need to submit current 2 not ALL. So do not worry.
