No oath letter....2nd interview

Hi there,
I applied for citizenship in june 2007 at San Jose.ist intervew in April 2008,io told me that i passed test.decision can not made at this time .second interview Oct 2009.io told me to wait 90 days for decision to be made.I'm got greencard on asylum basis.i made 3 trip to India because death in faimly.i gave them all papers work about death.even pictures.io got very motional after hearing about deaths of my love one.He told me i will ask the supervisor to send u decision asap.it may take up to 90 days.still no answer.my friend went to trough same satuation (2nd interview trip to india )They got thier oat letter with in week of 2nd interview.Only difference they contact the congressmen and io with info pass, i will thankful if u have any idea or help to sole this problem.

You can contact your congressman and see what he can do for you. You also have the right to file a lawsuit if 120 days have passed and no decision. Best of luck!
 
Your case is long past the 120-day limit. File 1447(b) to force them to make a decision quickly. Filing that will also remove the need to do a second interview. If they want to conduct a second interview they are supposed to do it within 120 days after the first interview.

Having said that, your case looks very bad if you were the principal applicant on your asylum case and your asylum was approved based on you being persecuted in India. How can you expect them to believe you have a real fear of persecution if you go back THREE times? 1447(b) will give you a quick result, but the result may not be a good one. In addition to naturalization denial, I wouldn't be surprised if they also revoke your green card.
