No Notice For Fp

I never recieved a notice for finger printing for the second time but my wife did in Mar 06. We went to Charolette and got it done.
I now recieve a notice saying that I did not attend my FP and intent to deny I 485. Do not know what to do now, They are asking to send an RFE in 4 weeks . Suggestions needed
 
Fingerprinting

I have the same problem. Based on I-485 receipt notice I got fingerprinting appointment over phone and got it done on Nov.1, 2005. But, recently, I received a notice from USCIS stating that I failed to appear for fingerprinting. I don't know what to do. Need expertise opinion in this regard.

Some good news. I took the letter and drove to Charlotte. Believe it or not the staff was very courteous and the INS officer too. They did my Biometric code 3 finger printing and photoes. INS officer asked me to send their letter with a stamp from the charlotte center stating that the FP was taken along with thegold sheet RFE that I had initially got. From the time I got the letter to get all this done it was less than 24 hrs.

thought I will let you guys know.
