Yes. I want to get out of this hell ASAP! Things are not so rosy with INS! It is completely messed up. They do not know how to handle concurent filing of I140/I485. Furthermore, I bet there will be a LOT of fake/irresponsible concurrent filing of I140/I485 in name of NIW or EB-1 to get a quick EAD/AP!!
What a hell! Why the f***ing INS is SOOOOOOO stupid.
By the way, most NIW/EB-1 are simply nonsense, boasting and fake.
Those endless 245(i), now 245(k) are more f****ed up.
