My check got encashed, received the Text and email with case#, but neither my wife's check got encashed nor was there any text/email messages.

I had send both our packets by Priority Mail and USPS website shows both tracking# to have been delivered.

The only diff. is that in my case my application has been sent after I completed 5 years with GC and my Wife's case we used the 90 day rule. Her GC came in March-end 2008.

Any comments/suggestions most welcome.

I had send both our packets by Priority Mail and USPS website shows both tracking# to have been delivered. So, they were sent separately... are you allowed to send both as 1 package (with separate payments)??

The only diff. is that in my case my application has been sent after I completed 5 years with GC and my Wife's case we used the 90 day rule. Her GC came in March-end 2008. Which means that she could have sent hers as early as the 1st day of January, just to be inside the 90 day rule. Therefore, nothing wrong here about it being too early.

Any comments/suggestions most welcome. You can try giving them a call to see if indeed they received it, but have not done anything with it or that something else might be holding it up(?) Better get some answers 1st before sending another package + payment:(

Looks like you need more patience in this case.Have only option to call and find out. No problem with filing early. You could also try an INFO PASS.

Thanks for your reply, but for an INFOPASS I think a case number is required. Planning to call this week.

Check Image

I could never see the image of my check(for my application). But I can see the image of the check sent with my wife's application.

Any indication of anything?

I think that your check was processed electronically but your wife's was deposited. Maybe you can see her case number on the back of the check.
