Hi guys, I know the basic rules for citizenship and just want to double check something with u.

1/My old passport covers my last 6 years travel history( I got my GC 10 years ago ). a friend of mine had interview last month. she told me that the officer had a sheet of paper from CBP to verify her trips.IO just checked her trips with that paper .Do I still need my passports?Do you guys have similar experience regarding checking your travels during IV?

2/ Between mid 2006- mid 2008, I had 2 road trips to USA . At that time, I remember that when I entered U.S with my family( all of them are USC ), nobody scan anything just saw my DL and GC and ask some questions. I talked to my lawyer. He mentioned that this is normal for road trips before 2009. He said there is nothing to worry about because those trips was out of 5 years residency window. what should I do If they missed those trips in their records. I'm really anxious . :(:(:(:(:(:(:(

If you have the old passport, bring it to the interview since it includes stamps from trips within the past 5 years.

And don't worry about those road trips from more than 5 years ago. But list them on your application anyway.

Do you guys have similar experience regarding checking your travels during IV?
Sometimes they can look up your trips on the computer, sometimes they'll already have a printout of your trips, other times they'll need extra time after the interview to find your trips in the system.

No, you should take your passport that has the stamps related to the travel on your application. They use a variety of checks, and passport stamps is one of them
